How Funds Are Used
The Friends supplement the operating budget of the library with additional funding to support materials needed for programs for adults and children, teens, and tweens; discount museum passes; furniture and many "extras" resources as needed.
How We Raise Funds
The Friends raise funds through membership dues, personal donations, business sponsorships, book adoptions, periodic raffles, product sales, Amazon Smile donations, and our annual book sale.

How We Build Community
The Friends enrich the life of the town by bringing together neighbors from across Sharon and across age-lines. We support programming that stimulates the minds of our children and adults.
Being on the Board, volunteering, attending an event are wonderful ways to meet new friends and get to know the people who share your town and Library.
